Teaching girls ages 10-14 about the phases of their menstrual cycle, how to support and nourish their bodies throughout the month and honor their initiation into womanhood with Naturopathic medicine and ceremony in a community of girls and women over the course of one moon cycle.
Join Dr April Blake ND, LM lead a 5 part series where we learn about the menstrual cycle and how to support a woman's overall health while honoring the passage from girl to womanhood.
Each girl will receive a workbook, moon cards, herbal teas, body oil, crystals and other materials to care for themselves during and beyond this course.
